| Abstract: | Život pacienta s umělou plicní ventilací v domácím prostředí je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje informace o teorii dýchání, o umělé plicní ventilaci a o onemocněních, která k ní vedou. Dále se teoretická část zmiňuje o domácí umělé plicní ventilaci, o kritériích, která musí pacient splnit k jejímu získání. Praktická část se skládá ze dvou částí. Každá část obsahuje kazuistiku týkající se pacientek, které využívají domácí umělou plicní ventilaci. Pacientky jsou odlišné věkem, základním onemocněním a životním stylem. Výsledkem práce bude popsání života pacienta na domácí umělé plicní ventilaci, popsání všedních činností atd. |
| Abstract in different language: | "Living with artificial ventilation in home environments," consists of a theoretic part and a practical one. The theoretic part includes information about the theory of breathing, artificial ventilation of the lungs, and respiratory diseases. Furthermore, the theoretic part deals with artificial ventilation of the lungs in home environments and the conditions to qualify for it. The practical part is separated in two sections. Each of them includes a case report on a female patient with artificial ventilation at home. The patients differ in age, underlying conditions, and lifestyles. The case reports include interviews with the patients in their home environments about their lives with home ventilators. The aim of the thesis is to describe life with home ventilation of the lungs, daily routines of the patients, etc. |
