| Abstract: | Cílem mé diplomové práce je rozebrat místo činu a věnovat se především jeho trestně právnímu významu. Zároveň chci propojit trestněprávní význam s jeho kriminalistickým významem tak, aby byly všechny spojitosti srozumitelně pochopitelné a bylo na ně nahlíženo jako na jednotlivý celek. Dále se práce zaměřuje na současné metody, které jsou využívány Policií České republiky, pro ohledání a dokumentaci místa činu. V poslední části se práce zaměřuje na stopy jejich trestněprávní význam a důležitost jež mají v trestním řízení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of my diploma thesis is to analyze the crime scene and pay attention mainly to its criminal legal significance. At the same time, I want to link the criminal-law meaning with its criminalistic meaning so that all connections are comprehensible and understandable as a whole. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on current methods, which are used by the Police of the Czech Republic, for searching and documenting the crime scene. In the last part, the thesis focuses on the traces of their criminal meaning and importance in criminal proceedings. |
