| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany zvířat proti týrání z hlediska trestního práva. Práce je rozdělena do sedmi kapitol, z toho je pět kapitol hlavních. Začínám kapitolou, ve které rozebírám jednotlivé pojmy. Navazuji další kapitolou, v níž analyzuji platnou právní úpravu. V následující kapitole se zabývám zákonem č. 246/1992 Sb., zákon na ochranu zvířat proti týrání. Následuje kapitola, v níž popisuji právní postih v oblasti ochrany zvířat proti týrání. V poslední kapitole uvádím kazuistiky několika případů. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the issue of protection of animals against cruelty in terms of criminal law. The thesis is divided into seven chapters, of which five are the main chapters. I start with a chapter in which I analyze individual terms. This is followed by next chapter in which I analyze the current legislation. In the following chapter I deal with the Act no. 246/1992 Coll., The Act on the Protection of Animals against any Kind of Cruelty. This is followed by a chapter, in which I am dealing with legal sanctions in the area of protection of animals against any kind of cruelty. In the last chapter I am presenting the case reports of several cases. |
