| Abstract: | Teoretická část diplomové práce se zabývá klinickou supervizí a nastiňuje problematiku a specifika psychiatrického ošetřovatelství. První část je zaměřena na klinickou supervizi, definuje základní pojmy v konceptu psychiatrické péče. Druhá část teoretické práce se zabývá systémem a organizací péče o duševně nemocné v ČR, reformou zdravotnických služeb v oblasti psychiatrické péče. V závěru teoretické části diplomové práce je zmíněna problematika péče o člověka s duševním onemocněním v podobě právních a etických norem. Praktická část diplomové práce je realizována kvalitativním výzkumným šetřením, které je cíleně zaměřeno na sestry pracující na psychiatrických odděleních, mající osobní zkušenost s účastí na supervizi nebo sestry vybraných zdravotnických zařízení, které pečují o pacienty s duševním onemocněním. Pro kvalitativní výzkumné šetření byla použita metoda sběru dat formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Rozhovory s respondenty byly zaznamenány pomocí diktafonu a poté přepsány. |
| Abstract in different language: | The theoretical part of the thesis deals with clinical supervision and outlines the issues and specifics of psychiatric nursing. The first part focuses on clinical supervision, defines the basic concepts in the concept of psychiatric care. The second part of the theoretical work deals with the system and organization of mental health care in the Czech Republic, the reform of health services in the field of psychiatric care. At the end of the theoretical part of the thesis is mentioned the issue of care for people with mental illness in the form of legal and ethical standards. The practical part of the thesis is carried out by qualitative research, which is aimed at nurses working in psychiatric wards, who have personal experience with participation in supervision or nurses of selected medical facilities who take care of patients with mental illness. The method of data collection in the form of semi-structured interview was used for qualitative research. Interviews with respondents were recorded using a dictaphone and then rewritten. |
