Abstract in different language: | This scientific paper deals with the issue of termination of employment with employee representatives, while the legal interpretation describes the substantive and procedural conditions of its termination. The subject ofthe legal interpretation Of the collective Of authors is, in particular, an attempt to correct an incorrect application practice. This started to spread relatively significantly in the conditions ofthe Slovak Republic, where, under the influence of one ofthe court decisions, there was an uncertainty in the employers' procedure in the process of termination of employment with the employee representative. The legal interpretation, therefore, tries to Clarify and, based on relevant legal arguments, identify the elements of increased legal protection for employee representatives. Furthermore, to point out the difference in comparison with the legal protection of other employees on termination of employment and the impossibility of their current application. |
