| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá systematickým a strukturovaným popsáním základní metodiky vyšetřování v oblasti válečných zločinů. V práci jsou vymezeny základní trestné činy v rámci válečných zločinů, včetně způsobů jejich páchání, vlastností pachatelů a obětí válečných zločinů. Prostor byl také věnován příslušné právní úpravě a jednotlivým fázím počátečních úkonů vyšetřování. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main aim of this work is to systematically, structurally and comprehensively describe the basic methodology of war crimes investigation. The work also contains specific war crimes, their brief analysis and specific case law. The work is further focused on the definition of war, relevant legislation and also criminal activity in the area. The work also emphasize greatly on the person of the perpetrator, and also the victim from the victimology perspective. |
