Abstract: | Maraging ocel je slitina železa a niklu, která dosahuje velmi dobrých vlastností, jako jsou vysoká houževnatost, tvrdost, dobrá svařitelnost, vysoká pevnost a rozměrová stabilita během tepelného zpracování. Výsledné mikrostruktury byly analyzovány světelnou a řádkovací elektronovou mikroskopií a mechanické vlastnosti byly získány měřením tvrdosti a tahovou zkouškou. U aditivně vyrobených vzorků byla pozorována buněčná mikrostruktura s homogenním chemickým složením, zatímco konvenční ocel sestávala z martenzitické mikrostruktury. Výsledné mechanické vlastnosti byly velmi podobné u obou typů ocelí stejného tepelného zpracování. Hodnoty pevnosti byly 839-900 MPa pro vzorky tepelně zpracované rozpouštěcím žíháním, vzorky po precipitačním vytvrzení měly hodnoty 1577-1711 MPa. |
Abstract in different language: | Maraging steel is an iron-nickel steel alloy which achieves very good material properties like high toughness, hardness, good weldability, high strength and dimensional stability during heat treatment. In this work, maraging steel 18Ni300 was manufactured by selective laser melting. It is a method of additive manufacturing (AM) technology, which are produce prototypes and functional parts. 3D CAD data are used during this process to provide a digital model of the part and the high intensity laser beam creates the parts by melting fine metallic particles together layer by layer. Additively manufactured samples were further heat treated by solution annealing or precipitation hardening. The same heat treatment was applied also to samples of conventional maraging steel 18Ni300, for a comparison. Resulting microstructures were analysed by light and scanning electron microscopy and mechanical properties were obtained by hardness measurement and tensile test. By additively manufactured samples were observed cell microstructures with homogeneous chemical composition, while conventional maraging steel were consisted of martensitic microstructures. Resulting mechanical properties were very similar for both steel types after the same heat treatment. The values of strength were 839-900 MPa for samples heat treated by solution annealing, the samples after precipitation hardening had values 1577 – 1711 MPa. |
