| Abstract: | Přehledová studie shrnuje výsledky publikovaných výzkumů z období 20182019. Cílem bylo shrnout závěry výzkumů na téma prevence pádů u osob s kognitivními poruchami. Zařazené výzkumné výsledky byly vyhledány v plnotextových elektronických databázích zaměřených na ošetřovatelství a další zdravotnické obory (Ebsco, Science Direct, ProQuest STM + Hospital Colection – Medline). Do konečného přehledu bylo zařazeno 12 studií. Efektivita preventivních intervencí závisí na zohlednění psychosociálních faktorů (sociální angažovanost, podpora okolí a dalších). Prediktivními oblastmi pro pád byly potvrzeny mimo jiné polypragmázie, věk, předchozí pád, stav osamělosti. Efektivita preventivních opatření je také závislá na edukaci jedinců a pečujících osob. | Abstract in different language: | The review study summarises published research results from the 2018-2019 period. The aim was to summarise the research findings regarding the prevention of falls in people with cognitive disorders. The included research results were searched in full-text electronic databases focused on nursing and other medical fields (Ebsco, Science Direct, ProQuest STM + Hospital Collection - Medline). Twelve studies were included in the final review. The effectiveness of preventive interventions depends on the consideration of psychological-social factors (social involvement, environmental support and others). Predictive areas regarding falls confirmed among others polypharmacy, age, previous fall, state of loneliness. The effectiveness of preventive measures is also dependent on the education of individuals and carers. |
