Abstract in different language: | This paper is devoted to the problem of solving the steady incompressible Navier–Stokes equations discretized by the Galerkin method on the spaces generated by the B-spline/NURBS basis functions, which is called isogeometric analysis. Two pressure-correction methods are presented for the solution of the incompressible flow in the benchmark backward facing step and also in Kaplan water turbine as conforming multipatch domains. The velocity and pressure underrelaxation is considered and the computational examples are compared with the coupled approach. |
