| Abstract: | Zvoleným tématem této diplomové práce je zastoupení. Cílem je seznámit čtenáře s platnou právní úpravou upravující institut zastoupení. První kapitola je věnována pojmu zastoupení jako institutu občanského práva a vymezení jeho současné právní úpravy. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na definici obecných podmínek zastupování. Třetí kapitola popisuje základy problematiky právního zastoupení, opatrovnictví a jejich společné a odlišné rysy. Čtvrtá a pátá kapitola jsou věnovány obecné části smluvního zastoupení a plné moci. Poslední kapitola se zabývá prokurou. |
| Abstract in different language: | The chosen topic for this master thesis is the institute of representation. The aim is to acquaint the reader with the valid legal regulation governing the institute of representation. The first chapter is devoted to the concept of representation as an institute of civil law and the definition of its current legislation. The second chapter focuses on the definition of the general conditions of representation. The third chapter describes the foundations of the issue of legal representation, guardianship and their common and different features. The fourth and fifth chapters are devoted to the general part of contractual representation and the power of attorney. Last chapter deals with corporate representation. |
