| Abstract: | Diplomová práce pojednává o integrovaném záchranném systému, tedy o jeho podstatě, struktuře, legislativě a především o složkách, které ho vytvářejí. V rámci dělení složek jsou charakterizovány jednak základní složky, tedy Hasičský záchranný sbor České republiky, Jednotky požární ochrany, Policie České republiky a Zdravotnická záchranná služba a jednak ostatní složky tvořené např. Armádou České republiky, Celní správou České republiky nebo Horskou službou. V další části práce je charakterizována letecká záchranná služba, tedy její historie a vývoj, současná situace a vize do budoucnosti včetně možných variant jejího poskytování na území České republiky. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with the integrated rescue system, ie its essence, structure, legislation and especially the components that create it. Within the division of components are characterized both basic components, ie Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, Fire Protection Units, Police of the Czech Republic and Emergency Medical Service, and second components formed eg by the Army of the Czech Republic, Customs Administration of the Czech Republic or Mountain Rescue Service. In the next part of the work is characterized by air rescue service, ie its history and development, current situation and vision for the future, including possible variants of its provision in the Czech Republic. |
