| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se věnuje advokacii, notářství a soudnictví na Sokolovsku mezi lety 1850 - 1938. Nejprve je popsán vznik a postupný vývoj těchto profesí a obecná právní úprava, platná na území českých zemí v tomto časovém období. V další části práce je popsána historie regionu a organizace výkonu advokacie, notářství a soudnictví na Sokolovsku v letech 1850 - 1938. Za tímto účelem jsou blíže představeni příslušníci těchto právnických profesí, kteří na Sokolovsku v těchto letech působili. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with advocacy, notaries and the judiciary in Sokolov region in the years 1850 - 1938. At first, the origin and development of these professions and also the general legislation in the Czech lands at that time are described. The next part of the thesis describes the history of the region and the organization of advocacy, notary and judiciary in the Sokolov region in 1850 - 1938. For this purpose, members of these lawyer professions who worked in the Sokolov region in those years are introduced. |
