| Abstract: | Práce popisuje právní vývoj oblasti Podkarpatské Rusi v období 1918-1939, kdy bylo toto území součástí Československa. Úvodní kapitola hovoří stručně o vývoji oblasti před rokem 1918, druhá kapitola pak navazuje komplikovaným procesem samotného připojení po první světové válce. Následující část pojednává o zakotvení právního statusu oblasti na ústavní úrovni, předposlední kapitola obsahuje informace o vývoji Podkarpatské Rusi po dobu 20leté existence v rámci Československa a konečně v poslední části je rozebrána situace mezi lety 1939-1945. |
| Abstract in different language: | The work describes the legal development of Carpathian Ruthenia in the period 1918-1939 when this area was a part of Czechoslovakia. The introductory chapter talks briefly about the development of the area before 1918, the second chapter follows the complicated process of attachment after the First World War. The next part deals with the entrenchment of the legal status of the area at the constitutional level, the penultimate chapter contains information on the development of Carpathian Ruthenia during 20 years of existence inside of Czechoslovakia and finally the last part discusses the situation between 1939-1945. |
