| Abstract: | Autor ve svém článku jednak rekapituluje historii instituce řeholních kanovnic, jednak nastiňuje jejich kanonické postavení v platném kanonickém právu – jak všeobecném, tak partikulárním (v tzv. vlastním právu – jus proprium). Nakonec zmiňuje obnovení jediného kláštera řeholních kanovnic v České republice – kanonie sester premonstrátek v Doksanech v litoměřické diecézi. |
| Abstract in different language: | In his article, the autor recapitulates the history of the institution of religious canonesses and outlines their canonical position in canon law in effect – both general and particular (in the so-called own law – ius proprium). Finally, he mentions the restoration of the only monastery of religious canonesses in the Czech Republic – the canonry of the Premonstratensian nuns in Doksany in the diocese of Litoměřice. |
