| Abstract: | Zákon č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník, přinesl s účinností od 1. 1. 2014 změny stran zrušení a zániku společenství vlastníků jednotek. Právní úprava pak byla změněna novelou občanského zákoníku provedenou zákonem č. 163/2020 s účinností od 1. 7. 2020. Účelem tohoto textu je novelizovanou právní úpravu analyzovat. |
| Abstract in different language: | Act No. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code, brought with effect from 1 January 2014 changes to the parties of dissolution and termination of the association of unit owners. The legal regulation was then changed by an amendment to the Civil Code made by Act No. 163/2020 with effect from 1 July 2020. The purpose of this text is to analyze the amended legal regulation. |
