| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem obchodní strategie. Konkrétně práce pojednává o problematice tvorby obchodní strategie, která je zpracována formou literární rešerše. Následující praktická část se věnuje strategické analýze společnosti, návrhu obchodní strategie a jeho zhodnocení, včetně identifikace problematických oblastí navržené strategie. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of business strategy. Specifically, the work deals with the issue of creating a business strategy, which is processed in the form of literary research. The following practical part deals with the strategic analysis of the opted company, the business strategy proposal and its evaluation, including the identification of problematic areas of the proposed strategy. |
