| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku postojů k genderovým rolím v souvislosti s religiozitou v ČR. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. První z nich se věnuje vymezení základních pojmů, které se vztahují k danému tématu, jako jsou gender, genderové role, genderové stereotypy a koncept patriarchátu. Dále analyzuje postavení ženy v soukromé sféře i ve veřejném sektoru. Následně je představen pohled na genderovou identitu z pohledu katolické církve. Praktická část se zabývá kvantitativní analýzou dat International Social Survey Programme z let 2008 a 2018. Cílem výzkumu bylo zhodnotit, jestli jsou různé formy religiozity (návštěvnost bohoslužeb, náboženská výchova) asociované s postoji k genderovým rolím. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of attitudes to gender roles in connection with religiosity in the Czech Republic. The work is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The first one is devoted to the definition that relate to the topic, such as gender, gender roles, gender stereotypes and patriarchy concept. It also analyzes the position of women in the private sector and in the public sector. Consequently, a view of gender identity is presented from the perspective of the Catholic Church. The practical part deals with the quantitative data analysis of International Social Survey Program from 2008 and 2018. The aim of the research was to evaluate whether various forms of religiosity (attendance of services, religious education) are associated with attitudes to gender roles. |
