| Abstract: | V teoretické části bakalářské práce, se zabýváme důležitými pojmy, které jsou pro pochopení problematiky nezbytné vysvětlit. Zabýváme se zde agresí jejím rozdělením a teorií vzniku, dále agresí ve zdravotnických zařízeních a komunikací s agresivním pacientem. Praktická část bakalářské práce je vypracována formou kvantitativního šetření, kterého se zúčastnili nelékařští zdravotničtí pracovníci a snaží se odhalit, zda a v jaké formě se setkávají s agresí během své praxe. Zda jsou edukováni, jak s agresivním pacientem komunikovat a zda ví, jak se v krizových situacích chovat a jak se krizové situace následně řeší. |
| Abstract in different language: | In the theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis, we deal with important concepts that are necessary for understanding the issue. We deal with aggression, its division and theory of origin, as well as aggression in medical facilities and communication with an aggressivepatient.The practical part of the bachelor thesis is formulated in the form of a quantitative survey. Non - medical hospital workers took part in it. The purpose is to detect if and in which form the medical staff meets up with agression during their practice. It also asks if they´re educated in communication with an aggressive patient and if they know how to react in a crisis situation and how to solve this situation afterwards. |
