| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je ošetřování chronických ran v ambulantní péči. Teoretická část je věnována historii vývoje ran, definici rány, klasifikaci rány, faktorům ovlivňující hojení ran, wound managmentu, přehledu materiálního krytí a léčby. Praktická část obsahuje vyhodnocení dotazníků, které byly rozdány pacientům navštěvujícím ambulanci chronických ran a analýzu rozhovorů se dvěma vybranými pacienty. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of this thesis is the treatment of chronic wounds in outpatient care. The theoretical part consists of the history of wound development, wound definition, wound classification, factors influencing woundhealing, wound management, an overview of material coverage and treatment. The practical part contains of evaluation of questionnaires distributed to patients visiting a chronic wound ambulance and analysis of interview with the two chosen patiens. |
