| Abstract: | Téma v této bakalářské práci je zaměřeno na ošetřovatelskou péči pacienta po autologní transplantaci. Je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části se věnuji onemocnění léčitelné autologní transplantací, přípravnému režimu před transplantací, samotné transplantaci, a možným komplikacím po převodu štěpu. Popisuji proces odběru a zamrazení štěpu, jeho uchování, a následnou aplikaci rozmrazeného koncentrátu. Závěr teoretické části obsahuje péči o pacienta po autologní transplantaci, doporučený stravovací režim, a další opatření k zabránění komplikacím. Praktická část obsahuje získané informace pomocí strukturovaného dotazníku, který byl zpracovaný dle modelu Marjory Gordon. Odebráním ošetřovatelské anamnézy a použití hodnotících škál jsem následně stanovila ošetřovatelské diagnózy, cíle a jejich vyhodnocení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic in this bachelor's thesis is focused on the nursing care of the patient after autologous transplantation. It is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part, I deal with diseases treatable by autologous transplantation, pre-transplant preparation regimen, transplantation itself and possible complications after graft transfer. I describe the process of taking and frowning the graft, preserving it and then applying the defrosted concentrate. The conclusion of the theoretical part includes patient care after autologous transplantation, recommended dietary regimen and other measures to prevent complications. The practical part contains the information obtained using a structured questionnaire, which was prepared according to the Model Marjory Gordon. By removing the nursing history, using the evaluation scales, I subsequently established nursing diagnoses, targets and their evaluation. |
