| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je ošetřovatelská péče u pacientů se srdečním selháním. Teoretická část je zaměřená na charakteristiku onemocnění, péči o pacienty v intenzivní péči a fáze ošetřovatelského procesu. V praktické části jsou zpracované dvě kazuistiky pacientů se srdečním selháním. Jedná se o ženu a muže odlišného věku a životního stylu a jsou zde popsány výsledky obou kazuistik. Výstupem z bakalářské práce je návrh edukačního letáku pro pacienty s chronickým srdečním selháním. Slouží k rozpoznání klíčových příznaků dekompenzace a jeho následné řešení v domácím prostředí. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of this bachelor thesis is nursing care for patients with heart failure. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of the disease, care for patients in intensive care and the stages of the nursing process. In the practical part, two case reports on patients with heart failure are processed. These are women and men of different ages and lifestyles, and the results of both cases are described here. The output of the bachelor's thesis is the design of an educational leaflet for patients with chronic heart failure. It is used to recognize the key symptoms of decompensation and its subsequent solution in the home environment. |
