| Abstract: | V této bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na problematiku agresivních pacientů ve zdravotnictví. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je základním pojmem agrese, její příčiny, typy a spouštěče. Dále jsem se zaměřila na ošetřovatelskou péči při kontaktu s agresivním pacientem a na možnosti omezení takovéhoto pacienta dle platné legislativy. Věnovala jsem se i osobě zdravotníka, u něhož v důsledku dlouhodobého stresu může dojít v krajním případě i k syndromu vyhoření. V praktické části jsem zhodnotila nejen vědomosti zdravotnického personálu na psychiatrickém oddělení při kontaktu s agresivním pacientem, ale i jeho zkušenosti. Tato část byla vytvořena pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu, který probíhal formou dotazníkového šetření v Psychiatrické nemocnici v Dobřanech. V závěru je formulováno konkrétní doporučení, které by mělo pomoci zdravotníkům správně reagovat při kontaktu s agresivním pacientem. |
| Abstract in different language: | This undergraduate thesis deals with the issue of aggressive patients in health care. The thesis consists of two parts: theoretical one and practical one. In the practical part, aggression is defined together with its types, causes, and the main triggers. Furthermore, taking care of aggressive patients is brought into fo-cus with possible ways of restraining such patients in accordance with the legis-lature in effect. The thesis further deals with the personality of a caretaker, who may suffer from the burnout syndrome because of long-term stress. In the practical part are assessed the health care personnel's experience and their knowledge as far as the contact with an aggressive patient is concerned. This part was put together with the results of a quantitative research which was carried out in the form of a survey in the Dobrany Psychiatric Hospital. In the final part, a specific recommendation is formed, which would potentially aid the health care personnel in the case of coming to contact with an aggressive patient. |
