| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou edukace pacientů s mnohočetným myelomem. Teoretická část je zaměřena na informace o mnohočetném myelomu, jeho diagnostice, léčbě a v neposlední řadě edukaci. Praktická část se zabývá zmapováním problematiky edukace pacientů při podávání biologické léčby. Celý výzkum byl proveden na Hematoonkologické ambulanci ve Fakultní nemocnici v Plzni. Výzkumné šetření bylo provedeno kvalitativní metodou ve formě polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s pacienty, splňujícími podmínky účelu a rozsahu této bakalářské práce. Rozhovory byly zaměřeny na zjištění informací, zda pacienti mají dostatek potřebných informací o biologické léčbě a jejím podávání. Výsledky jsou zpracovány do přehledných tabulek a schémat. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelors thesis addresses the topic of education of patients with a multiple myeloma. The theoretical part is focused on information about multiple myeloma, its diagnosis, treatment and last but not least education. The practical part addresses the explanation of the situation with the education in the administration of biological treatment. The entire research was carried out at the outpatient clinic of the Hematology and Oncology De-partment at the University Hospital in Pilsen. The research was carried out using a quali-tative method in the form of a semi-structured interview with patients who meet the con-ditions of the purpose and scope of this bachelors thesis. The interviews focused on find-ing out if patients had enough information about biologic therapy and its administration. The results are processed into clear tables. |
