| Abstract: | V mé bakalářské práci jsme se zaměřili na ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienty v přípravě k odběru krvetvorných buněk pro autologní transplantaci. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části nejprve popisujeme stručnou anatomii krve, uvádíme druhy transplantací a nejčastější hematoonkologická onemocnění, u kterých je autologní transplantace indikována. Dále popisujeme jednotlivé kroky přípravy k autologní transplantaci a její možné komplikace. V závěru teoretické části jsme popsali nejběžnější ošetřovatelské problémy při přípravě k autologní transplantaci krvetvorných buněk a ošetřovatelské intervence všeobecné sestry. Cílem praktické části je zpracování a porovnání nejčastějších ošetřovatelských problémů mezi 7 pacienty. Zabýváme se tím, jak rozdílně prožívá každý pacient svou přípravu a jak dobře byl každý z nich o přípravě informovaný, nebo které informace naopak po-strádal. Výsledkem práce je edukační leták pro pacienty před přípravou k odběru krvetvorných buněk pro autologní transplantaci. |
| Abstract in different language: | In my bachelor thesis, we focused on nursing care for patients in preparation for autologous blood cell transplantation. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical section, we first describe brief anatomy of blood, listing the types of transplants and the most common hematooncological diseases for which autologous trans-plantation is indicated. We also describe the steps of preparation for autologous transplantation and its possible complications. At the end of the theoretical part, we described the most common nursing problems in preparation for autologous transplantation of hematopoietic cells and nursing intervention of the general nurse. The aim of the practical part is to process and compare the most common nursing problems among 7 patients. It deals with how differently each patient experiences their preparation, how well each patient was informed about the preparation or which information they lacked. The result of my work is an information leaflet for patients before preparing for autologous transplantation. |
