| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce na téma Preanalytické vlivy na výsledek laboratorního vyšetření, vliv hemolýzy séra na výsledky biochemických vyšetření se v první teoretické části zabývá preanalytickou fází samotného laboratorního vyšetření. Je zde popsáno, jakými možnými faktory může dojít k ovlivnění výsledku. Druhá část teoretické části je věnována nejčastěji způsobenou preanalytickou chybou, neboli hemolytickému séru. Toto sérum do jisté míry způsobuje pozitivní ovlivnění některých biochemických vyšetření. Praktická část je rozdělena na kvalitativní a kvantitativní výzkum. Veškerá data v praktické části jsou anonymní a jsou získána z Fakultní nemocnice v Plzni. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis on the topic of preanalytical influences on the result of laboratory examination, the influence of serum hemolysis on the results of biochemical examinations deals in the first theoretical part with the preanalytical phase of the laboratory examination itself. It describes what possible factors can affect the result. The second part of the theoretical part is devoted to the most frequently caused preanalytical error, or hemolytic serum. To some extent, this serum adversely affects some biochemical tests. The practical part is divided into qualitative and quantitative research. All data in the practical part are anonymous and are obtained from the University Hospital in Pilsen. |
