| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je možná aplikace kompenzačních cvičení u dětí s mentálním postižením. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část definuje základní pojmy týkající se kompenzačních cvičení, duševních poruch, autismu a popisuje význam pohybových aktivit u osob s MP. Praktická část obsahuje soubor posilovacích cvičení pro děti s mentálním postižením. Každý cvik je doplněn přesným popisem správného provedení, hlavním účinkem cvičení a fotografiemi z praxe. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of this bachelor thesis is the possible application of strengthening exercises for children with mental disorders. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to compensatory exercises, mental disorders, autism, and describes the importance of physical activities for people with disabilities. The practical part comprises a set of strengthening exercises for children with mental disorders. Each exercise is complemented by a precise description of the correct execution, the main effect of the exercise and photos from practice. |
