| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá důležitostí Woodstocku - festivalu umění a hudby - pro hnutí hippies. Jsou zde vyzdviženy vybrané aspekty této kulturně-politické události spolu s rozmanitými postoji přímých i nepřímých účastníků. Práce rovněž obsahuje úvod do politického a sociologického kontextu, charakterizaci hnutí hippies, oblasti, ve kterých se aktivně projevilo a shrnutí dopadu tohoto fenoménu na současnost. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is concerned with the importance of the Woodstock Music and Art Fair for the hippy counterculture. It investigates several chosen aspects of this cultural and political event together with diverse standpoints of both direct and indirect participants. It also contains a brief political and sociological background, characterization of the hippy movement, areas of its activism and its impact on the present. |
