Abstract in different language: | The article deals with use of thermography methods as a tool for rapid evaluation of cyclic fatigue tests of metals in the high cycle region. The potential of this method can be fully applied in the development and optimization of metallic materials and processing technologies. The aim of the work is to verify the test results of fatigue limit obtained on the basis of passive thermographic and conventional methods. Using thermography technique in routine practice, the number of test specimens and test time can be reduced to a minimum. Within the framework of experiments, two kinds of heat treatment state steel was evaluated for fatigue limit. The heat treatment was performed on the basis of accelerated carbide spheroidization (ASR). |
