| Abstract: | Příspěvek se zabývá porovnáním přístupů ke správě nemovitostí ve vybraných obcích České republiky. Jednotlivé obce mohou zvolit různé způsoby správy nemovitostí od ad hoc řízení ze strany starosty po outsourcing správy na externí organizaci, a to v závilosti na velikosti obce, rozsahu majetku nebo zvyklostem v daném státě. Cílem příspěvku je srovnat, jaké jsou podobnosti a odlišnosti správy nemovitostí ve vybraných obcích na obou stranách hranice. V další části je příspěvek zaměřen na způsob strategického plánování a realizace strategie obcí v oblasti využívání nemovitostí. Autoři vychází z analýzy strategických dokumentů obcí či vyšších samosprávních celků, které obsahují plán využívání a rozvoje nemovitostí v obecním vlastnictví. |
| Abstract in different language: | The paper deals with the comparison of approaches to the real estate management in selected municipalities of the Czech Republic. Individual municipalities can choose different ways of property management from ad hoc management by the mayor to outsourcing of administration to an external organization, depending on the size of the municipality, the size of the property or the habits in the state. The aim of the paper is to compare the similarities and the differences of property management in selected municipalities. In the next part, the paper focuses on the method of strategic planning and implementation of municipal strategies in the real estate use. The authors base the paper on the analysis of strategic documents of municipalities or higher self-governing units, which contain a plan for the use and the development of real estate in municipal ownership. |
