| Abstract: | Facility management je multidisciplinární obor zahrnující i péči o budovy a jejich provoz; tento obor v současné době prochází v ČR dynamickým rozvojem. V zemích západní Evropy a USA se ale již jedná o velmi rozvinutý obor s historií několika desítek let. Legislativa pro facility management v ČR je tak implementována z oblasti EN a ISO standardů. Přes jisté rozdíly v obou skupinách norem je společným znakem značná pozornost věnovaná zejména hodnocení kvality a výkonu poskytovaných služeb, sledování nákladů, analýzám a prezentování informací. Významným nástrojem, ale i důsledně sledovanou a hodnocenou službou bude infračervená termografie zaváděná rychlostí úměrnou rozvoji facility managementu v podmínkách ČR. Příspěvek informuje o pozici infračervené termografie ve facility managementu a o nárocích, resp. požadavcích, které budou její aplikace klást na techniky termodiagnostiky. |
| Abstract in different language: | Building management is a multidisciplinary field involving the care of buildings and their operation. This area is currently undergoing dynamic development in the Czech Republic. However, in the countries of Western Europe and the USA, this is already a very developed field with a history of several decades. Legislation for facility management in the Czech Republic is thus implemented in the area of EN and ISO standards. Despite some differences in both groups of standards, a common feature is the considerable attention paid to evaluating the quality and performance of services provided, monitoring costs, analyzing and presenting information. An important tool, but also a consistently monitored and evaluated service, will be infrared thermography introduced to an extent corresponding to the development of facility management in the conditions of the Czech Republic. The paper informs about the position of infrared thermography in facility management and about the requirements, resp. requirements that its application will place on thermodiagnostic techniques. |
