| Abstract: | Rigorózní práce se zabývá incidenčními spory v insolvenčním řízení. Práce má dvě hlavní části - obecnou a zvláštní. První, "obecná" část práce se věnuje všeobecným otázkám, které jsou všem incidenčním sporům společné. "Zvláštní" část práce pak tvoří samostatné kapitoly věnující se jednotlivým incidenčním sporům, doplněné o kratší kapitolu zabývající se spory, které nejsou incidenčními spory, a kapitolu pojednávající o výhodách a nevýhodách přidělení incidenčního sporu specializovanému soudnímu oddělení. |
| Abstract in different language: | This rigorosum thesis deals with incidental disputes in insolvency procedures. The thesis has in fact two main parts - general and special. First is the "general" part and it pays attention to attributes common to all incidental disputes. The "special" part of the rigorosum thesis constitutes of separate chapters dedicated to different types of incidental disputes, chapter dedicated to non-incidental disputes and finally chapter examining advantages and disadvantages of assigning incidental disputes to a specialised judicial chamber. |
