| Abstract: | Předmětem této rigorózní práce je podat určitý nástin právního řádu za tzv. Bachova absolutismu. Práce se zabývá jednak předpisy, které zahájily a ukončily tento právní režim v habsburské monarchii, a dále zejména předpisy, které v této době podporovaly perzekuční tendenci, a představovaly omezení občanských práv a svobod. Práce se zabývá organizačním uspořádáním správní a soudní soustavy a představuje ozbrojené orgány - policii, četnictvo a armádu - které v předmětné době znamenaly páteř, o kterou se tento systém opíral. |
| Abstract in different language: | The purpose of this rigorous work is to present a certain outline of the legal order during Bach's absolutism. It looks at the regulations that started and ended this legal regime in the Habsburg Monarchy, as well as at regulations that supported persecution tendencies and limited civil rights and liberties. The work elaborates on the organization of the administrative and justice systems and introduces also the armed forces - police, gendarmerie and the army - that were the backbone supporting the system of this period. |
