| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na organické materiály používané v elektronice a na polovodičové součástky z nich vyrobené. Pro uvedení do problematiky je v úvodu popsán princip a vznik polovodivosti v organických materiálech a dále historie organických polovodičů. V další kapitole jsou popsány konkrétní typy materiálů. Kapitola číslo tři se zabývá polovodivými součástkami vyráběnými z materiálů uvedených v předchozí kapitole, jejich strukturou a vlastnostmi. Na závěr je srovnání organických a anorganických součástek z hlediska jejich nejdůležitějších parametrů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is focused on organic materials which are used in electronics and semiconductor components produced from them. As an introduction there is a description of principles and origin of semiconductivity in organic materials and the history of organic semiconductors at the beginning. In the second chapter there are named and described specific types of materials. The third chapter deals with semiconductive components manufactured from materials specified in the previous chapter, their structure and their qualities. At last there is a comparison of organic and inorganic components in terms of their most important parameters. |
