| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá financováním Základní školy Povážská Strakonice. Cílem této práce bylo provést analýzu hospodaření vybraného subjektu a navrhnout případné změny a opatření, které povedou ke zlepšení jeho finanční situace. Teoretická část je věnována teorii související s danou problematikou. Je zde definováno školství a vzdělávací systém v České republice, dále je popsáno financování, financování školství a vybrané zdroje financování regionálního školství. Praktická část práce byla zpracována na základě poskytnutých interních materiálů školy. Obsahem praktické části je charakteristika vybrané základní školy a jejího hospodaření včetně analýzy rozpočtů, nákladů a výnosů, mzdových nákladů a spotřeby energií. Ke zpracování této části byly využity metody popis, analýza a komparace. Poznatky, které byly zjištěny při zpracovávání práce, byly na závěr použity na návrh konkrétních doporučení ke zlepšení stavu školy. |
| Abstract in different language: | The submitted bachelor's thesis deals with the financing of Povážská primary school in Strakonice. The aim of this paper was to analyze the management of the selected entity and to propose possible changes and measures that will lead to the improvement of its financial situation. The theoretical part is devoted to the theory related to the issue. It defines education and the educational system in the Czech Republic, it also describes the financing, financing of education and selected sources of financing of regional education. The practical part of the work was processed on the basis of the provided internal materials of the school. The content of the practical part is the characteristics of the selected primary school and its management, including the analysis of budgets, costs and revenues, labor costs and energy consumption. Methods of description, analysis and comparison were used to process this part. The findings of the work were finally used to propose specific recommendations to improve the condition of the school. |
