| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá řešením otázek životní úrovně a životních podmínek obyvatelstva v krajích České republiky s využitím ukazatele lidského rozvoje, též známým jako index HDI. Protože se HDI používá jen na makroekonomické úrovni, jsou autorem vytvořeny metodiky HDI a genderově vztažného indexu (GDI). Indexem GDI je možné měřit nerovnost HDI mužů a žen na úrovni krajů. Na základě vytvořených metodik jsou data převzatá z Českého statistického úřadu analyzována. V práci je zkoumán vývoj modifikovaného indexu HDI v letech 2005-2020. Srovnáním hodnot z roku 2005 a 2020 se posuzuje se, o kolik se změnily v jednotlivých regionech dimenze zdraví, vzdělání, slušné životní úrovně a samotný index HDI. Na základě výpočtů je zjištěno o kolik procent se kraj s nejlepšími podmínkami pro život liší od kraje s nejhoršími. U problematiky GDI je posouzeno, v jakém kraji jsou největší genderové rozdíly v oblasti lidského rozvoje. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the solution to issues of living standards and living conditions of the population in the regions of the Czech Republic using the Human Development Index, also known as index HDI. Because HDI is used only at the macroeconomic level, the author creates methodologies of HDI and the Gender Development Index (GDI). The GDI index can be used to calculate the inequality between men's and women's levels of HDI at the regional level. Based on the developed methodologies, the data taken from the Czech Statistical Office are analyzed. The work examines the development of the modified HDI index in the years 2005-2020. The author compares values from 2005 and 2020 and thus describes how much the dimensions of health, education, decent living standards and the HDI have changed in the individual regions. Based on the calculations, it is determined by what percentage the region with the best conditions differs from the region with the worst conditions. Index GDI assesses which region has the biggest gender differences in human development. |
