| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku zaměstnávání cizinců na území České republiky. Úvodní kapitola je věnována vymezení základních pojmů, které souvisejí se zaměstnáváním cizinců. Další kapitola je orientovaná na zaměstnávání cizinců z třetích zemí. Konkrétně jsou v ní definovány jednotlivá povolení, která cizinec musí mít, aby mohl na našem území pracovat. Třetí kapitola pojednává o nelegální práci. Poslední kapitolu tvoří praktická část. Praktická část je zaměřena na tři zaměstnavatele, kteří zaměstnávají cizince. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is focused on Employment of Foreigners in the Czech republic. The introductory chapter is devoted to defining the basic concepts related to the employment of foreigners. The next chapter is focused on the employment of foreigners from third countries. Specifically, it defines the individual permits that a foreigner must have in order to work in our territory. The third chapter deals with illegal work. The last chapter consists of a practical part. The practical part is focused on three employers who employ foreigners. |
