| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá pěstounskou péčí na přechodnou dobu dle současné právní úpravy. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit současnou právní úpravu pěstounské péče na přechodnou dobu a posoudit, zda tento institut plní funkci zamýšlenou zákonem. K tomuto se váže i druhý cíl, a to popsat průběh vzniku a výkonu pěstounské péče na přechodnou dobu. Práce se zaměřuje na charakteristiku a popis pěstounské péče na přechodnou dobu, včetně práv a povinností, které mají pěstouni na přechodnou dobu, rodiče a svěřené dítě. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis is focused on foster care for a temporary period according to current legislation. The purpose of the thesis is to evaluate the current legislation of foster care for a temporary period and assess whether this institute fulfills the function intended by law. This is also linked to the second objective, which is to describe the course of the origin and performance of foster care for a temporary period. The work focuses on the characteristics and description of foster care for a temporary period, including the rights and obligations that foster parents, parents and the entrusted child have. |
