| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá popisem vybraných práv a povinností akcionáře. Úvodní část se věnuje akciové společnosti z historického i současného právního hlediska a postavení akcionáře. Hlavní část práce se zabývá jednotlivým právům a povinnostem akcionáře a také právům kvalifikovaného akcionáře. Závěrečná část obsahuje komparaci s právní úpravou státu Delaware a rozbor kauzy ohledně společnosti Gamestop. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis focuses on the description of selected rights and obligations of a shareholder. The introductory part deals with the joint stock company from the historical and contemporary legal point of view and the position of the shareholder. The main part of the thesis deals with the individual rights and duties of a shareholder as well as the rights of a qualified shareholder. The final section includes a comparison with Delaware law and an analysis of the Gamestop case. |
