| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je věnována problematice správního trestání se zaměřením na pravidla ukládání správních trestů. Cílem diplomové práce je zejména, nikoliv však výlučně, analýza současné právní úpravy pravidel ukládání správních trestů a aplikace této právní úpravy správními orgány v praxi. Autor práce se na rozdíl od jiných odborných prací nevěnuje historickému kontextu, ale svůj pohled směřuje k současnému stavu právní úpravy pravidel ukládání správních trestů a stavu žádoucímu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis is devoted to the issue of administrative punishment with a focus on the rules of imposing administrative penalties. The aim of the diploma thesis is mainly, but not exclusively, an analysis of the current legislation on the rules of imposing administrative penalties and the application of this legislation by administrative authorities in practice. The author of the thesis, unlike other thesis, does not focus on the historical context, but his view is directed to the current state of the legal regulation of the rules of imposing administrative penalties and the desired state. |
