dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zaobírá problematikou zneužití práva na informace. V rámci diplomové práce jsou uvedeny prameny právní úpravy, přiblíženy klíčové pojmy a také jsou nastíněny případy zneužití práva na informace včetně částečného zhodnocení. Rovněž je uveden legislativní vývoj práva na informace, který navazoval na nedostatečný právní stav, kdy tento podpírala zejména judikatura. V diplomové práci je dále přiblížena kauza iniciativy Zlatý špendlík, která představuje možný bezprecedentní případ zneužití práva na informace. Též je nastolen možný právní rámec zneužití práva na informace.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the issue of abuse of the right to information. Within the thesis, the sources of legal regulation are presented, key concepts are introduced and cases of abuse of the right to information are outlined, including a partial evaluation. The legislative development of the right to information is also presented, which followed the insufficient legal situation, where this was mainly supported by case law. The thesis also presents the case of the Golden Pin initiative, which represents a possible unprecedented case of abuse of the right to information. A possible legal framework of abuse of the right to information is also outlined.en
