| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce zkoumá prožívání těhotenství žen ve vyšším věku. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na téma těhotenství a změny související s těhotenstvím. Další část je věnována prenatální péči a specifikům gravidity ve vyšším věku. Současně poukazuje na roli porodní asistentky v péči o gravidní ženu ve vyšším věku. Praktická část je zpracována kvalitativním výzkumem formou rozhovorů. Cílem praktické části bylo zmapovat prožívání těhotenství u žen starších 35 let. Výzkumného šetření se účastnily 2 ženy, které otěhotněly a porodily ve vyšším věku (35+ let). |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis explores the experience of pregnancy in older women. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on the topic of pregnancy and pregnancy-related changes. Another section is devoted to prenatal care and the specifics of pregnancy at an older age. At the same time, it highlights the midwife's role in the care of the pregnant woman at a later age. The practical part revolves around qualitative research in the form of interviews. It aims at mapping the experience of pregnancy among women over 35 years of age. Two women who became pregnant and gave birth at an older age (35+ years) participated in the research. |
