| Abstract: | Téma mé bakalářské práce je "Ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta se zánětem žlučníku a žlučových cest.". Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se věnuji anatomii žlučníku a žlučových cest, charakteristice a druhům onemocnění. Podrobně jsem popsala typy onemocnění žlučníku a žlučových cest a zamě-řila jsem se na příčiny vzniku těchto onemocnění, jakými příznaky se projevují a v neposlední řadě na jejich průběh, léčbu a komplikace. Dále jsem se v teoretické práci zaměřila na specifika ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty se zánětem žlučníku a žlučových cest před plánovanou cholecystektomií a na specifika ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty po cholecystektomii. V neposlední řadě jsem zmínila charakteristiku ošetřovatelského pro-cesu a popsala jeho fáze jdoucí za sebou. V praktické části bylo cílem zmapovat a sepsat, jaká je zkušenost hospitalizovaných pacientů se zánětem žlučníku a žlučových cest se zapojením do ošetřovatelského procesu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of my bachelor thesis is "Nursing process in a patient with inflammation of the gallbladder and biliary tract". The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part I deal with the anatomy of the gallbladder and biliary tract, the characteristics and types of diseases. I described in detail the types of gallblad-der and biliary tract diseases and I focused on the causes of these diseases, what symptoms they show and, last bust not least, their course, treatment and complications. Furthermore, in my theoretical work I focused on the specifics of nursing care for patients with gallbladder and biliary tract inflammation before a planned cholecystectomy and on the specifics of nursing care for parients after cholecystectomy. And last but not least, I mentioned the characteristics of the nursing process and described its successive phases. In the practical part, the aim was to map and put in writing what the experience of hospitalized patients with inflammation of the gallbladder and boliary tract si with an involvement in the nursing process. |
