Abstract: This paper is focused on the interconnection and joining of electronic modules by conductive textile ribbons. There was done basic research on the interconnection types. The main focus is on the detachable interconnection between conductive ribbons and smart textiles blocks. Two interconnection solutions were selected from the basic research. These interconnection solutions are two types of crimp connectors. These crimp connectors were tested by the automatic domestic washing procedure according to the ISO 6330 standard. From he testing, there was get information about the reliability of the interconnection during the multiple washing cycles. The results show that the Amphenol crimp connector is more stable than the other (Nicomatic).
