| Abstract: | Tato práce se předně zabývá obchodním podílem, který je často označován za právní institut, k němuž se váží veškerá práva a povinnosti společníka ve společnosti s ručením omezeným, jež vyplývají z jeho účasti ve společnosti. Dále tato práce popisuje nejdůležitější práva a povinnosti, která vyplývají z právních vztahů upravených korporátním právem. Závěrečná část práce obsahuje stručné srovnání tohoto právního institutu s jeho právní úpravou ve Spolkové republice Německo. |
| Abstract in different language: | This work deals first with the commercial share often described as that very legal institute to which the entire rights and duties of a partner to the limited liability company resulting from his participation within the company are attached. Second this work describes the most important rights and duties which are conferred within the legal relations governed by the corporate law. The final part of the work contains a brief comparison of this legal institute with the regulation of that one within the Federal Republic of Germany. |
