| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zbývá problematikou související s diagnostikou vrozených vývojových vad plodu. Práce je zaměřená na psychiku a prožívání žen, kterým byla diagnostikována vrozená vývojová vada plodu v těhotenství. Teoretická část je zaměření na prenatální diagnostiku a její metody. Obsahuje přiblížení neinvazivních a invazivních metod v prenatální diagnostice, dále se je zaměřena na roli porodní asistentky. V teoretické části práce jsou zpracovány poznatky z dostupné literatury a internetových zdrojů. Praktická část práce se zabývá hloubkovou analýzou dvou rozhovorů s ženami, kterým byla diagnostikována vrozená vývojová vada plodu, a to formou kvalitativního výzkumu. Závěr práce obsahuje informace získané během výzkumného šetření a doporučení pro praxi. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis remains an issue related to the diagnosis of congenital malformations of the fetus. The work is focused on the psyche and experience of women who were diagnosed with a congenital malformation of the fetus during pregnancy. The theoretical part is focused on prenatal diagnostics and its methods. It contains an overview of non-invasive and invasive methods in prenatal diagnosis, it also focuses on the role of midwives. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with knowledge from available literature and Internet sources. The practical part of the work deals with an in-depth analysis of two interviews with women who were diagnosed with a congenital malformation of the fetus, in the form of qualitative research. The conclusion of the thesis contains information obtained during the research investigation and recommendations for practice. |
