| Abstract: | V rámci výzkumu této diplomové práce byl zjišťována druhová diverzita a rozšíření potočnic řádu Branchiobdellida na raku říčním v Kraji Vysočina. Dílčími cíli bylo dále zjistit početnost potočnic na jednom raku říčním, délkovou strukturu raků i potočnic a zanalyzovat, zda existuje závislost mezi délkou raka a počtem potočnic. Posledním zjišťovaným parametrem byly stanovištní preference potočnic. Výzkum probíhal v roce 2021 na 24 tocích území Kraje Vysočina. Všechna data byla statisticky vyhodnocena a následně i graficky znázorněna. |
| Abstract in different language: | In the research of this work of this diploma thesis, the species diversity and distribution of branchiobdellidans of the order Branchiobdellida on noble crayfish in the Vysočina Region was determined. The partial goals were to determine the number of branchiobdellidans on one crayfish, the length structure of crayfish and branchiobdellidans and to analyze whether there is a relationship between the length of crayfish and the number of branchiobdellidans. The last parameter determined was the habitat preferences of branchiobdellidans. The research was carried out in 2021 on 24 streams in the Vysočina Region. All data were statistically evaluated and subsequently graphically represented. |
