| Abstract: | V této práci jsme se zabývali problematikou vnímání vzhledu sestry pacienty. V teoretické části jsme se zaměřili na základní teoretické poznatky z oboru ošetřovatelství, jako je koncepce ošetřovatelství a role sestry v ošetřovatelství. Dále shrnuje teoretické poznatky o osobnosti sestry a jejím externí a interní image, etický kodex, problematiku cizinců či jedince jiného etnika v českém ošetřovatelství a genderu. V praktické části je prezentován výzkum provedený dotazníkovým šetřením, jehož výsledky zobrazují názor pacienta na některé prvky externího vzhledu všeobecné sestry, konkrétně pohlaví, viditelné tetování, úprava vlasů, viditelný piercing nebo jiné etnikum/národnost. Zkoumáme, zda tyto prvky externího vzhledu mohou ovlivnit názor pacienta, z hlediska jeho věku či pohlaví, na profesi všeobecné sestry. |
| Abstract in different language: | In this thesis, we dealt with the issue of how patients perceive the appearance of the nurses. The theoretical part deals with basic theoretical knowledge in nursing, such as concept of nursing and the role of the nurse herself. It also summarizes theoretical knowledge about the character of the nurse and her image, ethical code, gender and the issue of people of different ethnicity/nationality in Czech nursing. In the practical part, we described the research conducted by a questionare survey, where the results show the opinion of the patient on some aspects of the nurse's physical appearance, specifically gender, visible tattoo, dyed hair, dreadlocks, piercing or different ethnicity/nationality. We are examining, if these aspects od external image can affect patients view, based on his age or gender on the nursing profesion. |
