| Abstract: | Projekt řeší záměnu heterogenního svarového spoje na potrubí napájecí vody uvnitř PG na JE V2 Jaslovské Bohunice blok 3,4. Heterogenní svarový spoj se nachází na sekundární straně PG a jedná se o potrubí dimenze DN250, o tloušťce stěny 16 mm z jedné strany z feritického materiálu St20 a tloušťky stěny 10 mm z druhé strany z austenitického materiálu 08CH18N10T. V průběhu dlouhodobého provozu dochází k postupné degradaci heterogenního svaru v tepelně ovlivněné oblasti feritické oceli. Vzhledem ke snaze prodlužování životnosti JE EBO3,4 je nutné nevyhovující heterogenní svar zaměnit za nové řešení – pomocí heterogenního mezipřírubového spoje. |
| Abstract in different language: | The project addresses the replacement of a heterogeneous welded joint on the feed water pipeline inside the steam generator at NPP V2 Jaslovské Bohunice unit 3, 4. The heterogeneous welded joint is located on the secondary circuit of the steam generator and is a pipe of dimension DN250, with a wall thickness of 16 mm on one side made of ferritic steel St20 and a wall thickness of 10 mm on the other side made of austenitic steel 08CH18N10T. During long-term operation, the heterogeneous weld gradually degrades in the heat-affected zone of the ferritic steel. Due to the effort to lifetime NPP EBO3, 4, it is necessary to replace the unsatisfactory heterogeneous weld with a new solution - using a heterogeneous inter-flange joint. |
