| Abstract: | Ve spolupráci s IGS Europe jsou vyvíjeny nástřikové systémy určené k prodlužování životnosti teplosměnných ploch a varných stěn kotlů energetických zařízení a spaloven. Článek se zabývá analýzou aplikovaných metalických nástřiků na bázi Ni-Cr nanášených metodou sonického obloukového stříkání. Analýzy vlastností a následná porovnání byla provedena na laboratorně exponovaných vzorcích a na vzorcích provozně degradovaných. Pro účel degradace byly vzorky umístěny ve spalovně komunálního odpadu a spalovně biomasy. |
| Abstract in different language: | The new sonic coating systems are being developed in cooperation with IGS Europe. The application of these coatings is meant to serve as a repair to extend the operating lifetime of the heat exchangers and boiler walls in the incineration plants and other energy-producing facilities. This paper shows an analysis of the mentioned arc deposited sonic Ni-Cr based metallic coatings. Testing and the following comparison were performed on two sets of samples. One set was thermally exposed under controlled laboratory conditions and the second set was placed directly in the flue gas stream in the waste and biomass incineration plants |
