| Abstract: | Článek se zabývá odrazem migrační vlny způsobené nastupujícím fašismem tzv. sudetských Němců a následným odsunem těchto území Německu v důsledku podpisu Mnichovské dohody do československého právního řádu. Vzhledem k silné migrační vlně byla vydána řada právních norem, které problémy spojené s touto migrační vlnou řešily. |
| Abstract in different language: | The article deals with the reflection of the migration wave caused by the rising fascism the so-called Sudeten Germans and the subsequent withdrawal of these territories to Germany as a result of the signing of the Munich Agreement in the Czechoslovak legal system. Due to the strong migration wave, a number of legal norms were issued that addressed the problems associated with this migration wave. |
